Well, so far I decided to drop A Channel (I can't believe I even gave it until the 2nd episode. I hate you guys.) and Nichijou. I just can't seem to get into Nichijou at all. Ore-tachi Ni Tsubasa Wa Nai is pretty bad based on two episodes and I don't really understand what the shit I'm suppose to be watching. Stein is a longer series so I'll let things develop more.

Nichijou seems pretty polarizing so far. A lot of people seem to either love it, hate it or love parts and hate parts of it. Not really hate, more like bored with, but you get it.

Does Gintama get good? The first 5 episodes were so-so, and it's getting better now.. Is it worth it watching 20 episodes to get the entire feeling?

Are the other Steampunk games translated? My bets say no.
I'm still on chapter 1 (damn school), but I'm gonna try to get through this quickly. Because Kia currently holds my affection/attention and I need more of her D:
So far I've only seen Kia, Ati, and Salem. I hope the other characters are also interesting and well-designed. Gii seems cool too.

Ignoring the first two-ish mins of each episode, if you don't like the characters and their conversational pacing and such then it's not for you.

I'm thinking of watching Graves of the Fireflies tonight. I've heard it's perhaps the best piece of animation ever made. I also hear I should bring tissues. This is going to be rough...

My grandmother refused to watch the film. She never specifically told me why, but I am guessing it is because she survived the firebombing of Tokyo.
My sister did not cry but she got teary eyed but the people in the room with me were crying. Even though half of them were fully grown men. Yeah, it is one of the most depressing movies I have ever watched. Though I did not cry because I was too young to fully understand the horrors of war at the time, the legacy it brought on me is that I cannot look at a ruined city in which soldiers are fighting and wondering what is happening to the civilians. It really brings a sickening feeling.
Also, I not only contribute the film to an early developing of being anti-war, but also enjoying StarCraft as well. I found StarCraft to be the best war man has ever created. :D

I think Nichijou is really funny, although eps 1 and 2 are better than 3 was. The world God only knows is pretty cool too ^^.

edit: Yeah, I'm finishing up season one of World Only God Knows. It's not bad.
