I still think Kuma's is the most OP. Kuma definitely theoretically the most OP, even over Kizaru (unless I'm misunderstanding his ability). Kizaru seems to take some time to transform into light particles, and therefore has time to be interrupted. Kuma literally teleports and can send anyone anywhere in an instant, barely any cast time aside from putting his hand in the appropriate position before teleporting. Not at all, to teleport other people he has to melee people by physically paw the person in the face, his teleport is not instantaneous people would fly in mid air for long ass time when they are being teleported And he can only teleport people to places he know how far and the direction relating to where he's located currently. For example, he can't teleport to Shank's boat because it's a moving object that he has no information on. He teleported to Gekko's boat because he know it's located in the trangle for god damn as long as Brook has been a skeleton. There is only one Most OP power in one piece, and we all know which one it is.
Its not hard to melee people when you can teleport and repel any of their attacks. Though discussing fruit power levels sounds like a conversation that can only go wrong.

Robin's fruit definitely makes her the sexiest in the One Piece universe.

The fact that he has to see his target in order to teleport close to it to melee the target will put him in a disadvantage situation. For example, Kizaru could hide in a corner and lazer Kuma's ass at the speed of light before Kuma can move his paw one milimeter in the direction toward his own ass in an attempt to repel it.
When you mention power level, you are referring to a number system that eliminate any chance of a lower number beating a higher number, there is no such thing in one piece.

How come Luffy didn't randomly bounce punches off walls vs. World like he did when he fought against Enel? Did he forget he could do that?

I was waiting for people to mention this, there are two things, first thing, you can mask your presence from observation haki ,example Enel was counting down the contestants in his elimination game, he didn't count Luffy even though he has the most powerful observation haki ever seen in one piece. Which means there are ways to mask your presence from observation haki. Second thing Kuma's teleport is not instantaneous, it's actually just a very high speed traveling, there is evidence of this when the Strawhat crew were flying in mid air to different locations after they got teleported. Why is this crucial? Imagine a random weather balloon was at the right place in the right time to block the path of travel of one of the strawhat, that person will not reach the intended destination. The point is Kuma has to be certain of the path of travel before the teleport, his haki can't tell him rather or not there is a steel wall 100meter thick in between his target and him.

Probably because the massive spikes on the walls in the room they were fighting prevented him from being able to do so...

Bleach, One Piece and Naruto are in Weekly Shonen Jump
Fairy Tail is in Weekly Shonen Magazine
FT used to be out on Friday, but since 2-3 weeks now, its out on Sunday/Monday, the same way Bleach/Naruto/One Piece are a bit later now too
