Physically and fighting yes but she is still like a child. If she was fighting and she was not beaten down emotionally i don't think she would be a sitting duck.

the colliseum isnt dangerous to her though since Toy soldier beat enough skills into her even with all the elites coming after the mera mera there was noone who could touch her
but even with her mother's murderer right in front of her and one of Doflamingos executives she cant stand up because of a little verbal abuse

Nami's personality and character has grown inversely with her boobs. She used to have balls and a personality but now shes nothing more than a sex icon.

Reminder that Luffy, Usopp were 17 and Chopper was 15 before timeskip.
Sanji and Zoro were just 19 as well.
She is 1 year younger than Chopper currently and 1 year older than Chopper was back in the Drum Kingdom when he entered the crew.
If Rebecca and an animal that ate a devil fruit were new this arc, I would bet on the animal joining the straw hats.
Rebecca is a princess. Vivi is a princess and left the strawhats when she was home.
Rebecca has learned how to fight, but she hates it and was shown to not be very good at it.
Rebecca uses a single blunt sword and high speed to fight. She has not named a single attack.
Brook uses a single pointy sword with high speed.
Only Sanji and Nami didn't have named attacks before they joined. But those 2 didn't fight before they joined Luffy.
She has done nothing than talk about the past of Dressrosa and fighting. No cooking, no picking or arranging flowers, no treating sick people. She learned to fight her entire life, hates fighting and doesn't appear to be talented at fighting.
So unless they desperately need someone to tell them about Dressrosa's past for the rest of their journey....
Stop trying to make Rebecca happen. It's not going to happen.

Luffy and Zoro are the fighters of the Crew. From scratch one till now they there main fighters. Sanjji is considered part of the monster trio because of his ridiculous strength and martial prowess yet it isn't a dedicated fighter like Luffy and Zoro. Rebecca has no place amongst the straw hats as a fighter or a companion.
Jimbei at least offers experience and real strength which the straw hats are lacking in imo. I don't see what she offers to the crew or story line at all.

She has no talent for fighting? If she joined she probably would immediately become the SH 4th best fighter (debatable with Franky but he hasn't had as much opportunity to show off his skills vs higher teir opposition). I am for her joining simply because there is a decided lack of female characters who are mid teir or higher in the SH crew and in the OP world in general. What there are a handful of women who can be considered strong enough to be relevant in the new world? Oda can easily develop her into w/e he wants because at this point with the massive amount of things going on she hasn't been hashed out that much yet because everything with her has focused on her past.
Lets try not to forget basically her whole life has been shit so try not to call her out for getting emotional in one sequence. Being a slave who has to constantly fight while being hated by everyone every day? Yea man she is a weak willed woman if I ever saw one. The comparison to Nami is interesting, considering she is a self professed coward.
She adds nothing? Well guess what Robin when she 1st joined didn't have any job titles that were on Luffys list, everyone just thought "oh I guess she is good at killing people? Oh she also can read some old block history things, thats cool I guess). That part of her didn't become important until later.
Basically what I am saying is that Oda is good enough to easily have her join and it be viable so I don't think dismissing it as being impossible is quite the right way to look at it. I agree that I don't think it will happen because I don't think she will want to leave once everything gets cleaned up but lets not pretend that Oda can't do it just because her joining isn't apart of the generally accepted formula (set by the fans btw).

She stood up after Cavendish/Hakuba beat everyone else. That's not the same as beating everyone. Oda had to introduce a character that falls asleep involuntarily after a fight so Rebecca could advance from her block.

Nico Robin was hated and hunted and betrayed for 20 years.
Rebecca had toy soldier and potentially knows some fellow convict gladiators.
That is basically also the reason why Nico Robin joined the Straw Hats. Robin had nobody. No friends, no surrogate parents, no one. What Nico Robin could bring to the crew was never important.
Rebecca has a whole family in Dressrosa. Unless the royal family is for some reason not on Dressrosa at the end of this arc, I think she has a reason to stay.
Having a reason to stay does not mean she will not go. Sanji had a reason to stay. Franky had a reason to stay. Chopper had a reason to stay. But they were needed by Luffy. And they all had a reason to go, as well.
Rebecca has neither of that. No reason to go, nothing to add to Luffy's crew.
And a very good reason to stay behind.
It's Vivi all over again.

I'm not caught up yet so I won't read too much into this thread, but I wanted to say that One Piece is pretty fucking awesome. I'm really impressed both by some of the story arcs and the world building as a whole. The One Piece world feels really cohesive in a way unlike most other worlds in the genre, and that's a huge plus.
