Roger had one Ancient weapon, and considering how a big storm suddenly destroyed shiki's entire fleet of ships yet mysteriosly left rogers ships intact in episode 0 (wich was outlined by oda and can be considered canon), im betting he did posses Uranus (wich is the weapon connected to the skies).

I agree with Rei, listen this.
Poseidon is in fishman island, which is the 10,000 meters below sea level. Poseidon is the god of sea.
Pluton is in Arabasta, and it has to be 10,000 meters below of sands. Pluton is the god of underworld.
Uranus is the god of sky, which has to be on 10,000 meters above the ocean.. Guess who's there? Enel... Also Uranus is the grandpa of Zeus (god of lighting). More importantly Maxim's name may have come from the "Circus Maximus", an ancient Roman chariot-racing stadium east of the temple for Summanus, the god of nocturnal thunder.
TLDR = Enel is an ancient weapon.

Uranus counterpart is Caelus.
Zeus would be Jupiter.

i highly doubt Uranus is based on a mid-end logia fruit.

I am sorry, but you are not the entity who decides the tier system for devil fruits.
The Goro Goro No Mi = Uranus theory is in my opinion one of the better theories of this thread.
Enel wasn't a scholar so the chance that he actually designed a flying ship that can travel into space and create thunderclouds all by himself is pretty much nonexistant. However he made others built the Arch Maxim.
And he made them build a very large ship, which is another sign that he probably did not design it himself.
If he did design it himself, he would most likely choose to make the ship smaller and not contain a doomsday machine so it would be built faster and he could go to the moon sooner. He also would probably not built that doomsday machine on the ship because he already thought himself to be invincible.
Long story short:
Enel is a tyrant, not an inventor.
The Arch Maxim has signs to be a group effort, though.

Sorry, but when it comes to logias there seems to be obvious tiers that anyone with half a brain can figure out.
Magma>Fire (molten rock can smother flames)
Ice>Snow (Both are cold-based logias and the former is simply colder)

I don't think there is any information about Roger "having" an Ancient weapon, all Chiki says in chapter 0 is that Roger knows the location of an Ancient weapon,probably Poseidon since its location is written on Skypia's bell.
As for the storm, the traduction of the chapter greatly differs, in one (mangafox's) it's said that half of Chiki's fleet was sunk by the storm, in an other, that the storm damaged the fleet allowing Roger to sink half of it.
I would argue that more than an Ancient weapon, Roger just has "the luck" same as Luffy and that a random storm happened to save his ass against Chiki.

The fruit is insane - Enel himself wasnt. He wasnt super weak either, he was overconfident and in shock. Luffy beat him, but he shouldnt have been able to touch him - even back then when enel himself was rather weak. 2 years passed. Who knows what happened in that time.
Also, dont forget about his unrivaled observation haki skills.

The lightning Logia has far to many natural weaknesses. Its useless against elements and matter that does not conduct electicity as shown in skypeia arc, and you could add like 70% of all logias to that list. Come on, use some common sense. What Robin said at THAT point in the manga is sort of irrelevant.

Magma (molten rock) and fire (combusted oxygen) does not conduct electricity.
Even if light only travels in straight lines and has to be reflected, it is still several million times faster than lightning, and from what we have seen kizarus light beams are far far more destructive than enels lightning. A single Beam can blow up several buildings or a giant battleship.
Also, Weight=Speed. Kizarus attacks (mostly kicks) are a million times faster than lightning, hence more powerful. And Kizaru can charge up these kicks in less than a split second.

Robin probably knew it from that book, you cant say "AT THAT POINT or shit". It's definitely the best fruit we've ever saw.

If you honestly think the Lightning Logia is stronger than fruits such as Marco's Mythical Zoan fruit (Wich makes him virtually invulnarable to any attack), Borsalino's Pika Pika no Mi or BBs Yami Yami no Mi i think continuing this debate would would only serve to hurt my brain.
It has never been stated that Robin owns a book wich includes a description of every devil fruit. And how can Enels logia fruit be the strongest we have seen when Mythical Zoans are said to be more rare and powerful than logia fruits?
