Or he's been in General Franky all along watching through hidden cameras. Revealing that the Franky on the ground is actually just a clone robot he sent out to test how it performed. And then he flies over in like 10sec after it's defeated/bugs out. | ||

None of the SH have gone all out since the time skip, imo, except perhaps Luffy. EDIT: Ok here's a wild prediction. Jinbei is on Big Mam's ship. | ||

Though this is through loss of blood and facing a steriod fishman underwater, the odds were sufficiently stacked against him so that it wasn't completely unbalanced. Taking out Caesar for Luffy was more of Luffy figuring out what kind of bullshit Caesar would pull so he could circumvent it. At least imo. | ||
