Mihawks's Black Sword is shaped differently, and most likely longer.
Doesn't he have 2 swords from Log + Samurai's sword in Moria arc?

That's Zoro's Shuusui, the sword he was awarded for defeating Ryuuma on Thriller Bark. It bears absolutely no resemblence to Mihawk's Kokutou Yoru.

Yeah, Mihawk's sword is like as big as he is. The thing is enormous, and no way could it look anything like a katana Zoro uses.
|
Zoro got that blacksword a long time ago... The hilt being black and the shape of the hilt is consistent. All his swords look the same atleast from that picture.

The fact that Oda changed the eye must have some significance. Even if he messed up the color spread, theres no reason to make it right on the real manga. He could have pretended he was correct all along. There must be a reason for that eye and not the other. (unless he wanted Zoro to be different from Raleigh...which I don't see why that is completely necessary...they are both First Captains....so does it really matter that they both have a scar on the same eye?)

Clearly oda was paneling up the story he started drawing raleigh then forgot it was suppose to be zoro in the scene and said oh fuck it!

True, but keep in mind that these bounty values also cease to raise after they were recruited into Shichibukai. Who knows how much higher it could have gotten. Plus now it's made known that you are the son of Dragon, who is assumed to have the highest bounty in the world right now. They just went through all that effort to execute Ace, son of Roger, and have a gigantic war because of it. I guess I just expected something higher after everything that has happened. But then again, the crew has been inactive for 2 years.

His bounty was probably terminated and will now be reinstated now that he's alive again. Also, after your bounty gets really really high, isnt there no longer a reason to increase it? For example, doing something crazy for a million dollars and doing something crazy for 2 million dollars doesn't really change the amount of things you would do. For 2 million you would probably do what you have done previously...

Even 100mil considered to be huge amount for a bounty, so I don't think we need to expect something even more outrageous. Since we don't know what the highest levels of bounties are, I don't think we can make any judgment that 400mil is too low, when its the highest we have seen now. Additionally, at Marineford when it was revealed that Luffy was the Son of Dragon, Garp made a comment like "Luffy is already a notorious outlaw, so this additional title doesn't mean much for him", or something like that. I guess the inactiveness contributed as well, but I don't think 400mil should be treated as low or anything.

Isn't Dragon the world's "most wanted man"? But yes, I guess I just initially assumed that it would be higher for some reason. 400 million seems fine for now. Makes me really wanna see what Dragon's, Whitebeard's, and Shank's bounties are/were.

I dont think they have used the words "most wanted", but I'm pretty sure he is mentioned as "the worlds most dangerous man". Considering how the world goverment gives out bounty based on their threat/what they have done he might be, but afaik there has been no mention of it so far.
