I actually imagine that Law has a whole stash of hearts somewhere in his ship, all labeled by tags or something. Also, since Law had used his technique on the other Straw Hat members, it's possible their hearts are missing as well. My god Law would make so much money selling kidneys to the black market. I mean whoever he takes it from doesn't even feel it, and it's a painless, bloodless procedure... On a random note, I really miss Jinbei and would like him to be the next Straw Hat member.
he's gonna do a piccolo on namek thing sooner or later

Jimbei does not need a power up to be a strawhat lol... And Oda has never done any power-up remotely comparable to Dragon Ball. It's not going to happen tomorrow.

A training period of 2 years doesn't quality as a bleach/dragonball power-up either. Only instant power-ups in OP are when you eat a DF, and even then you kinda need to learn to use it effectively.

epic epic chapter this week :D I really love how they build up the fight until the last page. Meanwhile Naruto has been really bad 
also: the bounty hunter mentioned something about level 6. Was that a new level or just re-mentioning the last level from the past?

Level 6 was where Crocodile and all that were originally.
It's been alluded to since the arc that a number of level 6 prisoners escaped, and by the way it's been said it can be assumed that it's more than whatever Blackbeard broke out of jail.

Yea it would be easy to notice that your heart is gone since nothing is beating in your chest but there are other pretty vital organs that could be removed without him noticing.
Law cant take something that sneakily though like you said Smoker had a huge whole where his heart should be

Oda actually worked on Dragonball for years as an assistant artist I believe.

No. He worked on Kenshin, most notably, but that's it.
