Could get very confusing... You know what I've kind of had a problem with? Vander Decken. He seems to be perfectly fine in the water so long as he has an air bubble. It could be that Fishmen are the perfect Devil Fruit wielders and aren't effected by half of the symptoms or it could also be that Vander Decken is actually super strong and simply deals with being in a weakened state all of the time. | ||
