Dancing isn't a traditional "ship/pirate profession", so no, that's not a valid argument. The rest of the crew can dance around plenty by themselves (and have plenty of times), they don't need a professional for that. Besides, dancing professionally is done when the ground beneath your feet is stable, which a boat on sea mostly is not. Also she looks too much like robin. Not unique enough.
