I think of haki as more of a way to fight logias mostly, they aren't really direct power ups per-say. The crew will keep their current balance (or shrink the gap a bit) and for the most part everyone will get powered up but not to much (or everyone will get powered up a lot lol). | ||

On one hand it is logical that Luffy and crew would need a time skip with how all the enemies have been portrayed. On the other hand even though Luffy and his crew will be getting stronger there is still a chance he will leave them behind, I mean Luffy was always stronger than some of his crew like Nami, Chopper and Ussop, but Haki seems pretty strong. I don't think I'll have to worry about it being just about the main chracter's godliness because unlike DBZ and Bleach, One Piece has the central idea of a pirate crew and friendship so they shouldn't be left behind. The 4 week break is harsh but it will make it seem more like a time skip actually which is goof for the fans overall I suppose. | ||

I found "auras" or power levels really stupid at first because of DBZ (the later parts), but HxH really made me appreciate it. Especially once they get to the technicalities and how everyone can do different things with it. 4 weeks though damn........ | ||

Their power gaps have to be approximately the same as Blackbeard's crew power gaps.... because they'll be the final bosses for each of their crew. So it's likely that they'll all be fairly strong but obviously Luffy may have to be a tier or two above if he's going to take on Blackbeard (2 DFs) by himself | ||
