my last bit on the whole enel discussion: Yes Lightning fruit is a very powerful Logia fruit but it was established from Oda that it's lightning strikes won't even k.o. guys like viper after 2 or 3 times let alone kill fodder like conis' dad or all the semi relevant skypia warriors. Beefy guys like whitebeard shanks and all the admirals would probably feel a tickle similar to how DD didn't give a fuck about being Frozen by Kuzan. and yes I'll only go by what Oda has said and established in HIS universe, so don't ever bring stupid arguments like Oda is wrong again. If he says Enel wouldn't rule the blue sea and there are many stronger guys than him, so be it. | ||

He just done but one piece is not dragon ball, fighting power is not all that matters. i agree that sengoku might not be a major player, but one piece has been heading into far more "political" direction for quite a long time now. "power" is actually measured in influence over the world and the government, wich is why a character like dragon is so hyped and why you could argue that a character like doflamingo is more "powerful" than blackbeard (a character whom with the right level of haki could probably solo everyone other character in the series at the same time because of his sick DFs) because he is a better schemer and has more influence in the world. | ||
