It's not that he's not strong enough, it's that he doesn't care. The only thing he cares about is sword fighting. He doesn't care about wealth, power, titles or any of that shit. He only cares about fighting with his sword. The only time he didn't seem bored during the Marineford war was when Vista came to duel him; because Vista is an excellent swordsman. He became Schibukai so that the World Government wouldn't "mind" him dueling anyone he wanted, ie he could do whatever he wanted without being bothered. He does just that. Also his title would allow him to potentially attract strong opponents to fight. Because that's all he cares about. Fighting with his sword. The rest is irrevelant to him. This also describes Zoro, which is why Mihawk didn't kill Zoro and said that he would wait for Zoro at his peak. It's definitely lack of ambition, he doesn't care about being Yonko. In terms of strength, I think very, very few could actually rival him.

he doesnt use it becuase super long range attacks are super weak, Enel failed to kill a regular citizen (the father dude) at super long range

Why can't we just agree that Enel's ability is among the most powerful DF powers, which is a fact. However when we saw Enel he didn't have the Haki to be counted among the strongest characters in the world of One Piece.

Who gives a shit about anything else.

One more thing about Kizaru.. he does have long range atacks!

"laser beams" that shoot straight and at the speed of light and it could be argued that he can shoot tons of it since he is Logia.

But since Kizaru is Admiral he will have godlike Haki.. Enel would loose to any Admiral+Yonkous+some other op caracters like Luffy..

He's the most broken character Oda ever created, his only undoing was his arrogance. Hell if he really wants, he can park that Maxim in orbit and send down orbital lightning strikes down to earth, there is no one else capable of space travel, wtf are they ganna do? Enel was fairly weak, his fruit is not.

€: Kizaru would 1 hit Enel, if he was to fight the enel that lost to luffy 2 years ago (he fight have changed and appear again, who knows). That doesnt mean Enel's Fruit is weaker - its probably stronger

The most hillarious thing is im completely 100% behind the manga, so im currently watching, yes you guessed it, the skypeia arc. Figured checking this thread wouldnt have immediate spoilers..Enel? Eneru? God fucking damn it.

Unless im completely wrong and the anime didnt change Enel to Eneru, but i saw them talking about Wiper and reject dials so im pretty sure its a spoil :3

I think Kizaru is more about speed and dealing concentrated damage in a rather small AoE while Enel has showed that he has insane AoE/global-like attacks, plus he can power up mechanical devices. And dont forget those Mantras are basically hakis and enel is a master of those mantras so i wont be convinced that Kizaru/anyone > Enel unless Oda actually tell us lol.

BUT the dude is 'banished' to the moon now by Oda, so let's not talk about him until he is back to the OP world (even though he is technically still in OP universe).
