Sanji already has fire-like powers so the fruit wouldn't really give him much benefit. But in all honesty, pure fire is really boring as a power so I'm hoping no one eats it. All of the Straw Hats have their own, unique fighting abilities that would simply get overshadowed by the mera mera anyways.
It'd be cool if the marines snag it though.

you know maybe after getting signs of sanji leg giving away in his fight against vergo was foreshadowing that
sanji might lose his leg for combat use in future episodes.(kinda how his guardian did) and in order to continue his journey with the strawhats he needs to eat the fruit in order to fight without using his leg

Yes Sanji might be willing to eat a different fruit because in order to get the Suke Suke fruit he would need to kill Absalom and the Strawhats never kill their enemies even when they hate the person. Which Violet interesting because she wants Sanji to kill someone. It will be funny to see how Sanji will get out of it because I don't see him outright refusing her proposal even if he is unwilling to kill someone because beautiful woman told him to do something.
Out of the Strawhats I still think Sanji is the most likely to get the fruit, but if Luffy does get the fruit I do think is more likely he destroys it. Coby getting the fruit does seem really weird because other than fans wanting Coby to get strong there is no reason he should get it since he isn't even present. The long shot chance would be if the blind guy is an admiral wins the fruit and gives it to Coby for some reason, maybe he is friends with Garp.
