Considering bounties as level of acknowledgment instead of strict power levels, what bounty level would it take to be the reigning top pirate in North Blue? I'd estimate 100 million as that's enough to raise eyebrows in the Grand Line... isn't the 100 million a prerequisite to be called a rookie? Though to be honest a lot of tough people hail from North Blue (Law, Hawkins, X Drake, Vergo) so this might not be the case. Thoughts? | ||

The World Government's remedial actions to violence and whatnot would always come after the damage has been done, because lot of the power lies in separate parts of the Grand Line and ships are pretty darn slow. | ||
