Then we see him "duel" his father, getting hit one time by full hit of some attack that "we dont get to see everyday" or however that Germa guy says it. Then we see Sanji's father sacrificing his own men, which disgust Sanji so highly that he lets himself get hit and does not even want to fight anymore. Then we see him with not even a scratch after his father hits him twice with technology enhanced hits that are supposed to ne powerful. Then he lets his hands get cuffed and does not even seem to care... So, seriously... Oda just showed us a prelude to a fight that will obviously get resumed later on, and that prelude was much to Sanji's advantage... btw, what if you actually haki yourself while handcuffs blows up ? I guess it does nothing, what you Guys think about that ? | ||

Germa knows he has haki, so the wristbands are probably packed with enough explosives to get through to him. | ||

That's maybe why Sanji seems not that much bothered by the fact he is cuffed, he might be confident enough in his armament haki to think he can go unscathed throught an explosion. On Caimie's collar removal explanation, I'd guess that Rayleigh used armament haki to coat his hands and basically brute forced it.. | ||
