Poison guy killed by Grimmjow from behind (Urahara basically used his bankai just to sewn his eyes back and open a hole in the poison barrier for Grimmjow to come in), he just took two more chapters to finally die from having his heart ripped out.

The bird fell on Soul Society, a bunch of birds appeared in front of mooks all over, and it hasn't been addressed again.

Nevermind, I suppose I took their "deaths" as another power-up, I mean the birds were kicking ass, and heartless dude almost killed everyone despite not having a heart anymore.

Didn't he already basically get released from the chair and everything? Who knows, maybe Kubo completely forgot about him and in about 4 months from now Kubo will suddenly remember that he took Aizen out and suddenly randomly throw him into the middle of the fight or something again :D
