EPTI guess this "turn right into wrong", "blackness" or "reverse polarity" spell that the monk has is along those lines and pretty cool when you think about it. I mean, he is a monk who chooses non lethal methods of settling disputes. Is there really a better bankai (can anyone confirm if he actually "entered bankai" to cast this spell?) for a monk than a "make every power ineffective". I think he's actually a really cool character, with a really cool zunpukuto based on a really good concept and he's badass to boot. I can't see how Yhwach beats this guy... maybe similar to the way Yamamoto beat Wonderweiss after his "powers" were taken away but it seems like the monk can cut down your reiryoku as well as "silence" the powers of a zunpukuto. I feel like we're getting a few good releases and I'm really enjoying bleach and then Kubo is gonna come up with some really massive bullshit for monk to lose. I sure hope not. I hope it's more along the lines of: Monk beats Yhwach, turns out Yhwach has a power he has realised how to use that is related to why he gave the letter A to Uryuu, this power transforms him into something more awesome, Monk bro runs away, Ichigo comes in and rapes shit. If monk bro dies I'm gonna be sad!

Because whomever he is fighting, that character will magically and coincidentally happen to have the exact power that will reverse the power of imagination and beat him. But then it was all a trick, and the power of imagination that the power of imagination guy used wasn't his real power, and that his real power was actually in fact a different power of imagination. Which suits the person he is fighting just fine, because now that he knows, he can use the secret ability that he was saving up that is a perfect counter to that different power of imagination. | ||
