Just because fillers in general cop a lot of flack doesn't mean this one wasn't good. In fact, it had a lot of battle scenes similar to when the anime went through the SS arc. Just because it doesn't fit your perfect world where all anime fillers are automatically shit doesn't mean that everyone else feels the same. If the guy wants to watch a decent filler with decent battles, then he should watch it and disregard your conservative opinions on what should and shouldn't be relevant to one's enjoyment. | ||

1. Kyoraku - 100's of years old - his zunpukuto doesnt always listen to him/is tempremental - this was revealed even before zunpukuto arc 2. Kenpachi - his zunpukuto will not tell him his name - learnt from the beginning of the manga 3. Yumichika - he can partially release his zunpukuto by calling it a different name. 4. Toshiro - his zunpukuto is in an "evolving" state and his bankai is unpolished (does not appear as it would in it's final form) 5. Ikkaku - has an unpolished bankai that is tempremental and won't work at times. Everything we know about zunpukuto gives them their own (independent if you will) personality, thoughts etc. The "concept" of learning your bankai is almost like "learning your true self" - a lot of us live in denial and I guess the zunpukuto are a reflection of self. | ||

Kenpachi - his zunpukuto will not tell him his name - learnt from the beginning of the manga because Kenpachi never bothered to try to get close to it and learn the name, he just used it as a tool 3. Yumichika - he can partially release his zunpukuto by calling it a different name. but his Zanpaktou still told him the right name 4. Toshiro - his zunpukuto is in an "evolving" state and his bankai is unpolished (does not appear as it would in it's final form) that is its final form, he just cant control it very well and maintain it forever 5. Ikkaku - has an unpolished bankai that is tempremental and won't work at times. it would work whenever, he jsut refuses to show anyone it also Renji DID NOT get his Bankai the same way Ichigo did, Ichigo cheated and used the doll to force the final stage, Renji did it the right way by conversing with his zanpaktou, building a relationship managing to properly manifest it and training with it until he could achieve bankai | ||
