eh, everyone else was basically screwed over by the Illusion's....Ichigo obviously has never been exposed to Kyouka Suigetsu, and since we know nothing about Isshin its fully possible he has never seen it either. Urahara only became a captain shortly before Aizen created the Vizards, and after that he manipulated Central 46 into exiling him...might not have had a chance/reason to put him under the spell.
The only active fighter right now who logically SHOULD be under the spell is Yoruichi, and Aizen could be thinking that with his new powers he doesn't even need to bother

Idk by the way ive seen Aizen so far i dont think he'd forget about it, his character to me is one who seems very calculating and will cover up all possible routes to defeat(just look at his thing with the traitors earlier) that might have been a filler before i started reading though but.
That's why im thinking someone is gonna have to pull out some epic bullshit to kill him
