Just recently, i read the wikia to see whats going on. Ichigo is an Espada? werent they hand picked by Aizen? wtf is wrong with the manga I agree with everyone saying Aizen is writing the manga | ||

It's allways disturbed me, same with Kenpatchi. Specially when we see their power afterwards. This couldnt have been a better way to spice up and save this manga. Cant wait for the next episode! | ||

edit: Yeah, I agree with above. Actually I was okay with him being able to beat random captains during the SS arc because mangas love to have their child prodigy womfg-he's-5-years-old-and-rapes-everybody-already kinda characters, but when we got to hueco mundo and saw Ichigo getting his ass kicked by everybody (despite having his new vizard powers) while the other captains destroyed the espada ezpz, it got retarded. | ||

I'm excited, but when I think about it, what the hell was the point of the last 3 years or so? Let's see, Espada were basically filler. All the 13 divisions and fights after Soul Society, filler. Vaizards, filler. Ichigo's dad is obviously at a much higher power level than any non Yamamoto captain, possibly beyond Aizen. Which means this fight is pointless, and they will probably introduce these higher power level Royal Guards/Vasto Lordes. Which means hello bleach 2015. Suddenly I'm not so excited. We went from Aizen blocking Ichigo's (admittedly beatup) bankai with one finger ... to Aizen blocking all of Ichigo's attacks with his bare hands. What the hell was the point of the last 3 years? Soul Society are obviously just pointless pawns, and just about all the captains have been defeated. The Soul Society Arc was also rendered pointless by Aizen's revelation, but at least it was well done and had good character development and themes. But now I've had to trudge through week after week of crap, only to learn plot-wise I completely wasted my time. I've finally figured out what Bleach is, now that Isshin revealed itself. At it's heart it is not a dragonball power level manga with plot twists. It's a mystery/shocker with years of dragonball filler. The plot twists are the main story, not a means to escape from the main story. Kubo's known what's going to happen the whole time, from the hollow form and Aizen and Isshin, and he's been slowly revealing it, and cashing in on it by drawing the fights and side characters. It's too bad Bleach could have been a decent manga if Kubo minimized the fights and make it a shorter two year mystery series. Well at least there's something to talk about now. A few weeks ago I thought Ichigo was going to get slapped around, find inner strength/motivation, then finally go into final form or an even higher form, then beat Aizen in some epic fight. But now I'm sure he won't. Because in Kubo's story, the guy who knows more secrets is the winner (and is more secrets means more strength). Exhibit 1: Yamamoto was stronger than Aizen, but he's dead. Exhibit 2: If it were going to be a dragonball power level fight, the final villain would be a Super Kenpachi, not manipulator Aizen. His sword is a deus ex machina device, but that's exactly the flexibility that Kubo wants. | ||

Maybe he knows the royal guard are immune to his bankai, so he needs an easily manipulated super kenpachi to achieve his goals. Even if Ichigo believes in his "training", he still wants to kill aizen. Enter daddy (real or illusory) to effect the turn. | ||
