The Hound was no different than any soldier and killed the butcher's boy because his king told him to. The Hound wanted to take her home even if for money, saved her life and unconfirmed for Ayra is he claims to have saved Sansa's life. At the very least she could look at it as a life for a life like Jaqen H'gar. Not sure where she will go now with him, I hope to Bravos to use her coin to become an assassin. It seems like it won't happen because it makes fans too happy, but at the same time it seems foreshadowed by Mellisandra that Ayra will become a killer. Look at it from her perspective: He's a ruthless killer who just wants to sell her for money to her family. The hound simply CAN'T sell her to another party because he's a deserter and would be executed. The story about sansa while true is completely unproven to her. You're more naive than a 15 year old girl man. :p The Hound is a killer but not ruthless, he is willing to overlook the fact that she says she wants to kill him and did try to twice and does not rape or abuse her. His actions against her are selling her for money and killing the butcher's boy which again could have been done by any random soldier under Robert because of Joffery. I'm sure their relationship will change somewhat because he just saved her life when there is no easy financial gain, but we'll have to wait for next week to find out for sure. Since where would he take her now that the Stark house is essentially destroyed? Ayra might want to go to the Wall or Bravos, but I have no idea where the Hound would want to go.

Is he now going to live the life of an eagle? Or can he switch freely between animals and essentially never die.

The Jon arc of this episode was pretty damn sweet. I fucking love his line "You were right all along!" as he stabs the guy. And then, "fuck you buddy ima bird now"

That's also how the guy from bravos switches faces all the time. Well, most likely not. or what the poster above me said. Face switching guy uses magic/weird skill I think. He seemed to imply it was a learned trait. I forget exactly though, seems so long ago that Arya was with him

I don't disagree that the hound is somewhat honorable (hell, I think he's one of the more moral characters on the show if you overlook the killing of an innocent child) but Arya has absolutely no reason to trust or like him, and she has plenty of reason to slice his throat.

Just like you did with Ned. Don't worry, if you hated that episode and feel pretty mad, that's a good thing imo. It means the show is successful at making you feel for the character and keeps you on the edge. It also is a pretty normal thing. I was really pissed and felt "omg Ned and now this is too much, screw that". And then the stories of the other ones continues, and yeah... you just dont think too much about it... Also please I'd like to remind you of something, if the book is as popular as it is, the fans are not just satanists loving torture and the death of good guys right ?. Sure... its not Twilight.

Characters in GoT do die more than other stories, but they still do have plot armor to an extent for example Arya and Sam are not going to die yet even though they are in constant danger because what would be the point of their characters if they died now? Robb/Cat's death on the other hand will have a huge impact on the series just like Ned's death. For Ayra I still like her character but I wish she would drop the wanting to kill the Hound desire. Is it wrong for me to feel there's a lot of sexual tension between Arya and the Hound and I hope it ends up being consummated eventually? Arya X Hound would be so awesome. Uhm... well this is awkward.... You DO know that Arya is ~10-11 yrs old at this point in time, RIGHT?
