Maybe indirectly, it may have just been the black guy lying about his wealth (which devalues the worth of Qarth, but certainly not by everthing. My first thought too ^^ I wonder how it works though with the king and all. She's still Joffrey's hostage. One thing I love more than any other with this story is that no character's really safe. I've enjoyed season two far more just by the fact that after Sean Bean died - no one is safe. Having to wait a fucking year until season 3 though is a bloody joke. So unfair! I enjoyed the scene at Qarth, seemed nice. Show Dany what she wants to see and then try to capture her. But trying to do that is like trying to capture a dragon. Not that easy. People here are seeing dragons and are like "aww lawl so cute", "so epic" but they fail to realize how fucking potent a dragon is. The Targaryens conquered all of Westoros with three of them and a rag-tag army, remember that. So chaining a dragon just can't be done. Worth a shot though. I actually had chills when Theon gave his speech, it was really, really good. Shame they all betrayed him anyway. Oh yeah and the Qhorin scene was botched imo. Quite badly. | ||

I think something people might have missed was that it was snowing, it was winter, and the throne room which I assume was King's Landing was destroyed and deserted. I think that might have been foreshadowing the Long Night and the future of Westeros with the White Walkers rising. | ||

What does the horn being blown 3 times mean? I remember the scene from the book and about what time I read it (most useless information ever if you are searching for something...) that it was explained and I think 1 was rangers comming home but I don't remember 2 and 3. Apparently everyone in here knows and I can't find it nor do I remember the scene in the series. | ||
