I made the step by watching sotg and it was actually horrible. I thought this would be some awesome medieval fantasy new genre but it is basically a bad bad serial into fake action scenes and fake acting... everyone of my friends laughed at me after I suggested them to check it out only DUE to its imdb rating, what the hell guyz ? am I the only one who thinks this stinks money and nothing else ? Every critic and every sophisticated online community suggests you need to a) not listen to your friends and b) get new friends  Maybe Camelot is for you. Or Xena. | ||

Please stick to your cartoon anime's. Real drama of the human kind seems too much for your addle brain to handle. As a poster before me put it, the likes of "jersey shore" seem much more to your standard of 'entertainment'. Feel free to keep your poorly constructed 'posts' to a minimum, wouldn't want to see a fresh mind turned off from a good story because of some ignorant dribble. | ||

Drama has nothing to do with the medium it is presented in. Anyway: This show will be famous for what you could call "naked exposition". Talking while some naked person is in the scene XD I hope further seasons will manage to reduce that. Over all very solid stuff and compared to some other first seasons of later classics this was outright brilliant. But there is still a lot of possibility to improve the series. The scale is that of an epic and I wish that they get a bigger budget and that they settle in so the second season will be even better. | ||

I'm also quite excited to see what role the hound is gonna play as the story goes on. Damnit it's ridiculous how many epic storylines are goin to come. I'm never gonna make it a year... | ||

You clearly haven't been paying attention well enough. Robb has already been shown to be a great strategic leader, Tyrion has been shown to bully Joffrey around (not vice versa, and Tywin specifically told Tyrion to keep the king in check), and how can you think the dragons won't be a pivotal role in the near future, even as small as they are? | ||

I can't believe anyone mentioned Camelot in this thread. The acting and editing is so flimsy it just makes me cringe and I stopped watching after a while. Anyway looking forward to the next season allthough it will be a year away | ||
