that ending caught me offguard. For a change, Kishi's art has actually been decent for the first time in a while. Really nice drawings of Naruto's and Sasuke's hair. Makes me even sadder about what they did to Naruto in the epilogue movie after the manga ends.

It's the most ridiculous way of becoming blood brothers. Since it's the end of the series, Kishi should just give everyone a giant middle finger and have Sakura sew their arms together to form a literal, horrible message about bonds and teamwork. Kakashi takes everyone's eyes.

The best ending to this series would be the 8th Hokage, Konohamaru as an old man retelling this story about his friend the 6th Hokage, Naruto - perhaps to an outside class of little kids, the way we saw Hiruzen with Iruka's class

To everyone that's complaining about how "weak" the fight was and how "gay" it is that their blood is touching at the end, check this:

- Both fought somewhat tough battles during the war
- Both fought the 10 tails itself, followed by 2 different 10 tails jinchuurikis, followed by the mother of the "god of shinobi". Basically 3 different gods, 1 stronger than the other in chronological order.
- both used extensive amounts of chakra, died, revived and used even more chakra
- They're both laying side by side.. sure the blood link is a bit exaggerated but is it not possible for liquid to touch when both are pouring it in the same direction? like both of them are gushing blood from a missing arm, both "nubs" (partial arms) are facing the same direction, and they are both sitting still. Can logic not be used to explain that? Like I said, it was a little exaggerated, but what is so wrong about their blood touching? I'm missing it.
