No he will, and here's why: Madara is going to pull some shit out of his ass again, because the writer has essentially given Madara a blank check on what is possible with him. Sasuke doesn't have to do shit as long as Madara needs Sasuke to complete his goal, aka get the 8 and 9 tails.

Here's what it's saying on this weeks chapter:
+ Show Spoiler +Madara told Sasuke to go hunt Danzo and fight the 5 kage to awaken his Susanoo. His plan is to gather all the beasts to revive the '10 tails' that the 1st Rikudou Sage trapped in the moon, and split it's chakra into 9 other beasts to be controlled. Madara wants to be the 10 tails' host and with the chakra he will cast an 'infinite tsukyomi' on the moon, putting everyone in a genjutsu under his control and finally achieving peace.

Even so it's very refreshing to see how everything FINALLY ties up. The Eye powers, the beasts, wtf Madara has been fucking shit up for - all of it. The only issue I see is how the hell will anyone be strong enough to stop this asshole. Of course if Kishi does some predictable Sasuke turns good shit (which he will seeing as Madara is farming Sasuke lol) this might get kind of cheesy.
Still, it's an upgrade over some easily forgettable previous chapters.

True... however, I almost full 100% expect it will be Sasuke + Naruto teaming up to bring him down... which is gonna be a probable facepalm experience.
