Yeah I think that secret lair belonged to Kabuto. It wasnt Oro's. Second it was Sasuke's henchmen that brought him the scroll. Third Sasuke doesnt even know how the edo works so why would he grab DNA. Fourth plz stick with the story line and not use hypothesis about how they couldve done this and that plz.

Unless someone has their DNA at hand or their souls are magically sealed away like the Hokages were then they can't be brought back.

Lets say your right. Even still he can still revive his brother with the edo tensi because his brother's body didnt get blown up. If it did his brother's eyes are still available for DNA
