Well having rhe kyuubi does have additional benefits since Naruto can still go on his own chakra while the kyuubi recharges his, the kyuubi can get him out of genjutsu and Naruto can always ask for his advice whenever he needs. Making up with the kyuubi also says something about Naruto's character and if he will really be able to deal with all the bad stuff in the world since the kyuubi was one of the biggest evils in the world after all. | ||

Kakashi is one of those "OP in theory but not in practice" characters. He is supposed to be strong but is used by the writer constantly as a set up device to show how strong the opposition is by having them beat him. Then the main characters get to win to show their strength. | ||
