I don't think it takes long to go blind as long as you use your eyes a lot. But I do actually think you're right that this is probably be where madara and izuma gain their mangekyou's. Probably will be where madara and hashirama part ways too and begin their rivalry between their 2 clans where they have to fight one another constantly. | ||

Hmm imo the flashback has been good since the battle at the valley of the end which had the kyuubi susanoo and hashirama sage mode jutsu. | ||

The countries would hire ninja clans to fight wars for them, basically it would be like an armyless nation hiring mercenaries to fight wars. At one point in time if one nation hired the uchiha another would hire the senju and visa-versa. This was a many years thing and madara wasn't still a kid when konoha was formed. He had fought hashi many times in battle before this. Tobi claims that the uchiha, not madara specifically, agreed to a peace treaty with the senju after all the constant years of fighting. Madara felt betrayed due to him losing literally everything fighting the senju and now them ending up laying down their arms to "work together" with the senju to build konoha. However, regardless, the 2 clans created konoha, the first hidden village, and soon began the whole 1 village per country system which united a large number of clans under 1 banner instead of the old more mercenary type of deal. So yeah from how it sounds it just made the wars end up being more organized and bigger overall, but I feel like it wasn't as bad as older times since the whole academy systems and mission ranks came into play. (meaning less kids dying although there were still plenty of adults fighting and dying). | ||
