I really hope he explains why obito's eyesight seems fine even with his extensive use, and also how he phased through the rocks when he still didn't have his MS. He always seems to only have his normal sharingan active when he phases, so it seems strange. Nornal sharingan as far as we know don't have special techniques - those have only been unlocked once you activate your MS. :/

of course for Obito its possible he is blind in the right eye, just because hes blind doesnt mean he loses his powers the eyes gives and he still has his perfectly good left eye to see with

its also possible that his technique isnt very harmful to his eyes unlike Itachis techniques and by being careful when he uses it hed be fine he might also know other S/T jutsu (like the one he uses to absorb people and the one he uses to teleport) that are not connected to his eye (though he might use it as a focus like how the 4th used the seal on his Kunai as a focus for all his jutsus)

in short there is absolutely nothing wrong about Obitos eyes, even if his right eye is blind his left eye still works and its highly likely he hasnt used his right eye enough to go blind

It's like wearing a eye patch over your only good eye and still walking around and fighting at 100% like theres no eyepatch at all :/

edit: side thought, maybe his 2 eyes has linked vision somehow since he obtained the rinengan, so he was using his left eye to look through his right eye? idk

also its extremely likely that he still has sight in his right eye, Itachi didnt have his MS for much longer then Obito did and could still see Tobi had the advantage of having Madara who might know secrets of slowing down the decay, he could have stolen a family members Sharingan and made EMS or maybe he had a Zetsu act as eyes for him like the spiral one hes currently wearing

there are an infinite amount of ways Obito could be blind as a bad and still see perfectly fine, hell Gaara has been using a jutsu since he was introduced where he creates an eye out of sand, maybe his mask has the same sort of jutsu on it
