even if he does put his seal on Madara it doesnt make Minatos punchs anymore effective, he could just do what Sasuke did against the Raikage and surround himself in a thinner susasno'o or give himself some other armour of flame

also i dont think he could telelport inside the Susano'o so easily it jsut wouldnt seem right

also i dont think putting his seal on someone is really that easy

if Tobi was Orochimaru he wouldnt need the Edo Tensei explained to him, personally i think it would take a TON of very mind breaking explanations to explain how tobi is orochimaru and i really dont think thats going to happen but it is sort of set up so you cant really say with 100% certainty its impossible

i wonder if Orochimaru/tobi/madara/someone somehow got some of the sages DNA (or mixed Uchiha with Senju DNA) and injected that into Nagato creating the Rinnegan...

What get's me, totally off topic to Oro=Tobi theories is Edo Madara saying "That brat Nagato's gotten better" or something. Rinnegan's were linked showcased by Pain and Tobi, so is it possible Madara was still around just when Nagato mutated his? It's possible their eyes could have linked.

I find it unlikely that Tobi is Oro because what then did Itachi end up stabbing with the sword? Perhaps the scroll allows you to control souls without having to any physical host for the Edo Tensei and something of the person being resurrected.

What Orochimaru ended up perfecting a form or variation of Edo Tensei where these were no longer pre-requisite as such allows the user to summon souls completely? I don't know whether the death god consumption of the soul is the same with Oro being stabbed with the sword which prevents them from being summoned though, so who knows?

I just want to keep an open mind and just try and enjoy it without having to think of loop holes anymore. =)

But yea Minato is probably the most talented ninja (excluding madara and Hashirama) to ever exist. He was so OP that the creator had to kill him before the manga started. :p
