gosh i loved that manga sooo much till the 3rd hokage / oroshimaru fight, since then it got worse and worse. Now we have a fucking SSJ 8 Dragonball Fanmade story and Goku reaches the next SSJ stage 2 chapters from now.

You can cry about OP all you want, but I really like skill systems that allow for some people to be leagues ahead of others. Just look at StarCraft. I actually beat my friends 1v4 all the time, but I can't touch an NA Grandmaster. And someone like IMMvp could mop the floor with an NA Grandmaster easily. Similarly, there are one or two ninjas in Naruto who really are just better than the rest. Deal with it. If you're not already prepared for someone to eventually reach power on par with that of a God (the Sage of the Six Paths), then you're pretty dense. How much foreshadowing do you need?

That's been obvious from the beginning of the series when you look at the best ninjas and see that they all trained together, or when you look at the hokages and see that they're all related.

It would be boring to have a world where practice accounts for 100% of ability and there are no special powers that can be gained without practice. Then everyone will end up with roughly the same ability, and nobody will stand out. See: real-life martial arts.
