The movement reading, a great Genjutsu, a supreme offensive technique (Amaterasu) and maybe a hidden super technique (like Susanoo) was enough and would have already been at the verge of being too poowerful while still a good addition to the Manga. The former 3 already give you insane genjutsu / elemental powers. The latter 3 just give you perfect defense, fate changer, and all that shit. With just Amaterasu alone, you can beat down 98% of the ninjas in the shinobi world, I'd say. I think it should have stopped at "seeing into the future", which is a fucking imba power in its own right. Apparently once they "unlocked" all these omgimba skills, they simply forgot how to use the most basic function of the sharingan. And unlike that omgimba shit the "slight future sight" was pretty cool. I enjoyed the fight Sasuke vs. Naruto a lot. And yeah, I forgot about the dimensional dispatching. I never thought about it, but a list of what the Sharingan does includes - dimensional transfer - time travel - seeing the future - shoot inextinguishable fire - demon summoning - invulnerability - mind control gosh, it is a freaking death star lol.
Yeah, those eyes really do suck and ruin the whole Naruto universe for me
but on another note here are some things Naruto can do:
- Uzumaki blood -> longer life, much more stamina/energy pool
- The rasengan technique (which was introduced as basically the ultimate technique, then become lackluster really fast, got pumped up with his element, still sucked, so now he can throw like infinite of them around with his clones)
- Fox mode: He gets incredible strength, the fox cloud (which is basically invincibility since even Orochimaru's sword couldn't cut it), the tailed beast energy ball attack (the strongest version of all of course), ability to sense negative emotions (strongest sense ever) and insane regeneration
- infinite clones
- summon a frog that is big but kinda useless
- Sage mode: well, more like a general powerup. More defense, more regeneration, able to harvest energy to turn enemies who suck his chakra into stones. Not really the most showing ability (except for his stupid eyes of course)
- best ability: sexy technique (yes i kinda miss it. Some goofyness is cool)
so in the final battle, he will go Fox frog mode, be invincible due to the fox cloud, have infinite mana for infinite rasengan, can sense any enemy everywhere (even the fake madara in his other dimension), be immune to genjutsu (either due to frog mode or due to kurama helping from inside), be faster and stronger than anyone, have instant full regeneration even when burning from that amaterasu fire thingy, oh and he will have the strongest attack ever that can even destroy the planet, the ultimate Tailed Beast Bomb Rasengan (maybe even combined with a summoned frog attack). + Show Spoiler +And then i want to see that bitch Sakura break his heart once more and him going on a rampage in fox mode killing the only girl that likes him. We all knew from reading previous chapters that Susano'o was NOT PERFECT FORM when Itachi and Sasuke used it. It was 'growing' to perfect with them. So it makes sense that Madara has a 'Perfect' Susano'o. God, stop crying about it as it does fit the plot / abilities.
Itachi's Susano'o has the sealing sword and shield, what does Madara have? A cloak...probably some IMBA OP Cloak but...at this point? He is Madara CAN use Mokuton and well Summon giant fing meteors...use all SIX Paths of the Rinnegan.
Frankly, the Eye techniques are justified as the premise of the Sharringan was to be an evolutionary eye technique. Remember there was that tablet that required the users of sharrigan to advance the levels of the eyes? Madara knows more than any Uchiha there is.
Story is still good and not to imba. Izanagi and Izanami? They make sense as counters to each-other and the cost of them is ballanced there is no way to save the eye that is used.
Izanami won't work on Naruto anyway as he already has accepted himself all that could be used against him is Izanagi and then well; thats that basically down one eye. Considering that Amateratsu and Tsukyomi are either eye (left / right) the loss of one of the eyes due to Izanagi usage would be a downfall to Sasuke.
Sure he has Susano'o but, we've already seen his is far from perfect and that it effects him plenty more.
Madara using WOOD Clones + All of them having Susano'o? He has Harisama's DNA And has his Chakara from that as well as his own which I would imagine is vast. We don't KNOW everything about Madara all we know is he is a old school bad-ass.

Yes, the storyline makes SOME sense. What most of us don't like is how new abilities pop up every other second. Sharingan started life as an ability to see a short while into the future; now it's an omgimbahaxxx ability that can do EVERYTHING. I know that as the story progresses, people have to get more powerful, but this is ridiculous. One Piece is a good example of ability progression..

Imagine how cool this fight would be if Madara was strong, very strong, but he was still a man. He's able to use his ocular jutsus in weird combinations with wood releases and had a unique advantage in the ability to regenerate. Kages would have to out smart him, to get him to stay still while they seal him.
Madara can grow a forest of vines pursuing the Kages. At first A deals with them by chopping them up, but suddenly the vines sprout eyes, trapping him in Tsukoyomi. Realizing this, Mizukage raises a giant mist to prevent further activation of genjutsu. Madara then uses Amaterasu to light all the vines around them aflame. Gaara brings massive amounts of sand to stifle the black flame, but it burns through sand, so he has to bring all the sand up to the sky with the help of the old man to lighten the sand up to make it possible. Madara attempts to interrupt Gaara but A and Tsunade intervenes with physical attacks, forcing the activation of Susanoo. However Susanoo causes him to be immobile so the Mizukage starts up poison mist around the susanoo, permeating it little by little. Madara has to choose between being poisoned and taking physical hits. He realizes that if he take physical hits, he can regenerate, but if he gets poisoned, he's debilitated, so he scraps susanoo and dodges the mist. He's fast, but A is faster, and he gets slapped before he evades further hits with izanagi while regenerating back his body. Gaara, meanwhile finally get rid of the fire by letting it devour all the sand in mid air, is free with the Onoki to come after Madara. So Madara is being pursued by all 5 kages's jutsus (good for a cover shot) while Izanagi is the only thing keeping him alive. He activates an ultimate wood release, stating that this is the reason why he had his ass handed to him so many years ago and now he uses it for payback. Let's say for the moment the wood release is a form of hyper evolution. First a plant vine reaches out, and is easily killed sliced apart by A. WTF is this the kages sneered. Right after the plants come out bigger and stronger. Turns out the plant thrives on death, and becomes stronger and resistant to the whatever kills it. A tries to slice it again and finds that it now stretches in accordance to force and can no longer be cut.Gaara surrounds it with sand and drains it of all water. It comes back with an insulating outer skin. The decide it's safer to try and ignore the plant and try to go directly for Madara, in fear that further aggression will only make the plant stronger. All five kages attack but Madara uses genjutsu to switch place with the plant. Bam, plant grows much stronger.
