Well he wants to SAVE the beasts, not kill them. He's just forced to fight them right now because they're all under Tobi's control.
And yeah, Kishi will get around to Naruto vs Sasuke later. That fight isn't going to happen for a while.

Kishi is probbably gonna switch over to itachi now or sasuke since he keeps switching to new battles to leave cliffhangars. Personally I hope we get to see Itachi next chapter.

Thats what it looks like, not sure if that means the seal is completely gone now or if there are still some restraints on how much charkra he can use but it should be a pretty sick next chapter.

Basically, he knows he can chain the fox now if he needs to, so he's fine with letting him completely out. Or he just trusts him and we'll pretend the chain thing with his parents appearing just never happened and derp.
