although the the chapter was relatively simple, nothing else comes to my mind but the mentioned: Shit Just got real. First chapter in a while I liked from naruto, and the tailed beast doublepage and the last panel killed it. Haha Kyubi could only give him a bit of power when Naruto rasengan barraged Madara's Mokuton let's see what he's capable of now.

it is so blatantly clear now that kishi has repeatedly written himself into a corner and uses the most asinine devices to escape. it's long beyond anger-inducing and well become comical to watch. i feel safe in saying that this is now at least reaching DBZ levels of Fonzie's imfamous shark jump. the lingering legends/claims of this story at all being premeditated beyond the first arc now seem ridiculous to even address.
wow. just wow. i don't know what i expected to happen all those years ago but in retrospect it feels like kishsi just decided to do a 180 at some point, dropped trow, and went to town. all while i was trying to make the best of it and paint it in a positive light... somehow... it's pretty hard to justify at this point.
man... i remember the feeling i had when i first saw/read this manga/anime. it's been a while since it even came remotely close. i think i am going to call it and stop reading now before it ruins all the years i have invested into this "story." the only thing keeping me is nostalgia at this point anyways. it's certainly not the content.
but of course, to each their own. and i know this topic has been beat to death in this thread, but it bears repeating every now and then due to it's gravity.
nothing is happening, it's just the promise of something cool happening until it does. and then it being poorly written and over-blown to the point of exhaustion.
Okay good, someone else out there that thinks similar to the way I do. I didn't want to complain about this week's manga 'cause last week I really raged on it. For what it's worth, I feel almost exactly the same way you do. Go go nostalgia!
