OH WAIT A necessary 4 pages of flashbacks to show the context in which the Nine Tails is referring to suddenly "ruins" the whole chapter. You people make me sick. This was one of THE BEST chapters ever released. Kishimoto did well to sum up some of Naruto's greatest moments in only 4 pages, he made the flashback short and sweet. We know exactly what the Nine Tails is talking about. This is some great writing, where the Nine Tails doesn't outright say Naruto never gives up, but shows us that he already knows from observing Naruto's entire life. He has even developed trust and faith in Naruto to save him and his tailed beast brethren. Go reread the chapter and enjoy it PROPERLY this time. | ||

But I guess it was good troll post 'cause I'm responding. When I read manga I actually READ the manga instead of just clapping my hands at the nice pictures. So when a character references earlier circumstances I can remember just fine on my own. | ||

Go reread the chapter and enjoy it PROPERLY this time. i dont like flashbacks that just reapeat what we already know. but i generally stopped putting too much hope into the naruto manga. it was so great once, but getting more weird every month unfortinally. But i dont mind too much, One Piece is still as awesome as it ever was  | ||

One Piece doesn't need to show flashbacks every time the straw hats decide to help someone. KHR doesn't need to flashback every time to show that Tsuna doesn't like fighting. Fairy Tail doesn't need to flashback to show that Natsu will rise against evil recklessly. We know about these characters already, which is a good thing. Naruto is someone who we know will do that, and who the kyubi knows will do that because they've been together for so long. This latest chapter would have been much more exciting if it ended with Naruto entering the chamber where the Jinchuriki was being held and a nice tagline saying something along the lines of "Naruto vs Son Goku's host!!!" Edit: Also, unnecessary comma in the chapter's tagline | ||
