Before the end of the "Save Gaara" arc, he was massively massively OP... like how he beat Zabuza, and how he was able to snipe deidara's arm from the ground, while Deidara was almost a mile in the air after he inexplicably attains the mangekyou. I think his shitty play during the Pain arc was a justifiable nerf. | ||
