That chapter was the worst shit ever. It was like, you expect some epic back story and then it's totally worthless. Then the squid eating the dude is like totally random. And the ending, oh my. "Bee's compassion makes Naruto smile". That is some gay stuff.

This manga has gotten from bad to worse, I think the author really stopped caring more than 100 chapters ago. And to think this was what got me into anime / manga to begin with.

Thank god FMA came out this week as well because this week's chapter was absolutely worthless. Might as well have been a filler in the anime and take like another 15 stall episodes to beat that octopus or something.

This week's anime episode was good, and I'm on the edge of my seat for the Naruto vs Pain fight which will probably be a double episode, which sadly means 1 week with no anime...

The manga however...totally reeks. Did'nt need to be reminded again that Bee's childhood was exactly the same as Naruto (as they said in the previous week manga). The totally random squid attack as well...I was pretty hyped to watch it after work on thursday only to be disappointed yet again!

stopped watching the anime after the save sasuke arc pre shippuden. filler really killed it for me
but after a huge thunderstorm and with no internet i went to watch tv and shippuden as on. looked really good and made me want to watch the anime again ^^
