Yes but as said before even being able to produce one (which I would ASSUME most Jounin level ninja have the ability to do) would effectively double your training time.
A ninja of Kakashi's caliber can produce a solid 20 or so I believe. He is widely considered Konoha's best ninja that isn't a kage-level ninja. I figure a person like Anko couldn't be THAT far behind him for example. It's an easy skill overall and just requires a lot of chakra.

no no no no kakashi can only make like 2 at once, and he's said before pre shippuuden that naruto could make shadow clones better than him or something
and again, because of the toll shadow clones take on the body its a forbidden technique. the only reason naruto can use it like its nothing is cuz of his fast recovery rate due to the kyuubi's chakra.

Ya, I forgot about it being a forbidden jutsu. But surely some other guys like kisame and orochimaru could have found uses for it. Orochimaru could have sped up his research and experiments drastically if he used shadow clones. And kisame certainly has the chakra levels to utilize the full potential of shadow clones. Or maybe this is just one of those things in the Naruto Universe where other people don't talk about it until naruto learns about it. Like elemental chakra.
Also prediction for the end of naruto. Tsunade dies. Hachibi dies. Madara and sasuke are ready to implement moon eyes plan and use the death of tsunade to lure naruto into fighting them. Sasuke attempts to deal with naruto alone. Naruto defeats sasuke but the battle gives him a broken leg. Sasuke gets knocked unconcious or is otherwise out of commision at the moment. As naruto engages madara in the final battle, they have brief pauses where they talk about their reasons for fighting. Sasuke wakes up just as madara makes a key point to naruto. We get a flashback of itachi saying something similar to sasuke. More flashbacks ensue as sasuke remembers everything he's been through with naruto and how it's all interwined with previous key point. Naruto fights madara but is unable to beat him. Just as he is about to die, sasuke saves him, talks a bunch and then ultimately defeats madara at the cost of his own life. Naruto limps back to the village and tells everyone what went down. It does a three year fade out and when it comes back naruto is narrating while the pictures depict the current situation in konoha. It pans over naruto's face carved in the mountain, and ends with naruto limping over to the statue of sasuke. The end.
Not bad eh?

i thought he wasnt allowed to the do that technique again because it messes up his arm. He got away without even a scratch in the movie using it.

given the plotline in the movie I think it was an acceptable time to use it hehe

What are these Shippudden movies? Are they just like filler arcs or are they really worth watching?

Dude Naruto can make shadow clones better than anyone.
They have no limiting factor besides chakra, something that Naruto has an unending pool of.

i cant remember in with manga chapter it was, but kakashi talks about his chakra levels, saying sasuke has more than him and naruto had like double of sasuke of sumthing like that
bottom line, kakashi donst have that much chakra, he is just considered to be so good b/c he soon of whitefang and considered a genious, kinda like sasuke
other than that, cool chap!

This tally's up a total of 2-3? episodes of Naruto doing Sage training. Does he actually come back that quickly in the manga? Or does he still dick around in frog land for a while Kohana gets completely destroyed + everyone dead.
**SPOILERS in my post give more information on the manga and say wat will soon happen in the anime, just letting you know now!
in the manga it made it seem quite longer, what the anime lacks is a proper timeline compared to manga, the manga can have 1 page devoted to 1 event, and the next to another but in anime it just sticks to one thing
for example in the manga naruto starts to train sage and is there for quite a while (he masters it quicker than jiraiya) who was there for quite a long time, and only gets sent to konoha after pain procedes to attack the village and + Show Spoiler + destroy the village with a single techniquie at that point naruto comes back
also the anime does miss certain parts of the manga for example (wont know till next week) danzo is supposed to + Show Spoiler + the messenger frog, which will be sent soon to notify naruto but will just have to w8 for that
hope this answers your question

The movie takes place before the Pain attacking Konoah ark, hence why Jiraiya is alive.
The only other time he used fuuton rasengan shuriken (or whatever you want to call it), is when he fought against Kakuzu, and hurt himself in the process.
(Movie was kinda bad)

very interesting ending to the movie....
