Anyways, any fics that make Equestria Daily come with tags that give you an idea of the flavor/genre of a story before you read it. Use those to ward yourself away from anything scary. | ||

I think my opinion boils down to: I like seeing ponies being happy, and if they are happy together, well, that's just win-win. Be it friendshipping, romance, or saucy-ness. I don't exactly go so far as to think any ships should become canon or anything. But that's what head-canon is for! (Mmmmm Twilestia <3) Also shipping makes for some adorable pics! On the other hand/hoof, I've also seen people ship Twilight and Pinkie, which just doesn't seem like it would work. They don't seem to have any sort of special connection in the show (like the aforementioned Fluttershy/Pinkie thing), so it just seems weird. Another good example would be Fluttershy and Applejack, since there hasn't been an episode yet that focuses on these two. The ship lacks context from the show, and feels flimsy. Long story short, if it makes sense, I'll tolerate it; if it doesn't, I avoid it. | ||
