Yeah, I watch this show for the character interaction in slice of life scenarios, but it was overall a good episode.

8/10. Valuable lesson. Reading is awesome! Pretty funny and well-animated. I also like another lesson coming from this episode: Trust your friends' recommendations. Don't be afraid of enjoying things, don't be afraid that someone will judge you.

My second watch through helped. I still don't like the pacing or care too much for the premise but there are some subtleties in there that are so awesome. + Show Spoiler + Like the Sly cooper and MGS music homage's and the Applejack lip synch error.+ Show Spoiler + Applejack stops moving her lips when she tells RD to eat up.

Really loved the episode. The animated story was great and we got a lot of RD screentime :D

![]() For those whom are competing in the Tournament today, here's how this whole thing's gonna go down. (Or at least, how I planned it out in my head. xD) BRACKETS: I will be updating this site http://challonge.com/tlbronycraft2 as the tournament goes on, check here for updates! In Starcraft 2, I've made a channel for people to make it easier to find your opponent. Join BronyCraft2 to get in touch with your opponent in game. If you aren't playing in the tournament, please don't join this channel. If you want to discuss the matches with others, go ahead and join bestyoungflyers or join us in IRC: Quakenet at #tlponies For the matches, we have custom maps made by the one and only ZodaSoda! Be sure to thank him for me! When making a game on a particular map, search for MLP in the custom maps, you should see them there. Notable changes are no gold bases and cross map position for certain maps. For Terminus and Bel'shir Beach, we couldn't get the map files to make a custom map for those, so go ahead and use these maps: Terminus: CEVO GSL Terminus SE by CEVOellis Bel'shir Beach: GSL Bel'shir Beach (Winter) by MildCocoA If you cannot find your opponent in a reasonable amount of time (10-20 mins) be sure to whisper me in game and let me know. For no-shows, we will have the player walk over and receive a bye. IF YOU NEED HELP/HAVE ANY QUESTIONS: Please don't hesitate to bug the living hay outta me! I'm here for you guys, and I want this to run as smoothly as possible for everyone involved! GL HF! =D

Pretty good episode overall. At the final trap where it was spikes and sand and spiders and snakes, overkill much lol.

I liked both parts of the story, the Indiana Jones parody as well as the RD part. Very good episode.

I mean, those are the parts with the actual Mane 6 and Rainbow Dash's silly antics. It's not like Indiana Pony was the point of the episode. Unless Skeinchug meant it the other way around... if that's the case I'll just say that the Indiana parts were awesome and displayed the great animation at its finest. I liked it and it had plenty of fun Dashie craziness. + Show Spoiler [Spoiler pictures/really fast art stuff.] +

Not the best. Not the worst. To be honest, the whole time I was just waiting for some cheesy, propaganda-y "reading is good for you!" message to be dropped somewhere. As it turns out Writer's handled it pretty well. Lack of rolling ball of doom a la Raiders of the Lost Ark made me sadness.

8/10. Solid plot, but I hoped for a little more engagement from the other characters. Oh well. I loved how they made Daring Doo the same skin as Rainbow Dash right down to the mane, tail, and broken wings. You can tell from Twilight's facial expression after leaving the first time that she knows she's tempted Rainbow Dash into reading =P. It also didn't occur to me until the final scene that we had never seen Rainbow Dash's house until now!

I really liked this episode. Huge wink to Indiana Jones and the fact that some books are so good. I had some good laughs too. Barking pony the lulz, same with RD jumping over a river right next to a bridge.

I was far more impressed and drawn into the adventure of Daring Do and just wanted the story to play out without the constant interruptions of the hospital. I feel the same way about the rugrats. I get bored watching a gaggle of toddlers sit around in a sandbox, delaying the story. Their imagination fueled adventures were far more interesting. Once RD was out of the hospital the episode was great. But while she was in I felt just like her. I wanted everyone to go away so I could get back to the story :D
