Im not saying its necessarily bad but it just seems to be aimed at a lot younger age then the general TL member? I mean come on the scene where the aunt farts in the elevator in ep1 was just kiddy humor :/ Are the other k-dramas slightly more mature or is this just the way it is? I saw MGIAG and didn't even remember the scene before you mentioned it. There's so much more to the drama than that moment of "childish humor", and that was mostly done to set up an awkward story line between them that ran throughout the drama. Most if not all dramas from the Hong sisters are really good written and usually manages to stay away from the same old kdrama plot.

That was terrible. The relationship between the older people are just filler. If you skip that part, the main storyline is actually 1) unique 2) watchable. Plus, who doesn't want a hot girl following you around. That's the premise of the entire story, lol.

And yea, most dramas are more mature (i.e. no fart jokes). But I don't know how that could influence the fact that Mi Ho is the most adorable character in all the dramas I've watched to this day which makes this (one of) the best series I've watched to this day. Her hunger for meat, her running after the dude in the chicken costume, the Hoi Hoi. I mean I consider myself grown up but I'll never get so mature to not laugh/smile at that anymore. On an unrelated note, is Salaryman any good?

(and i dont necissarily mean sex and violence, its just that the overall feel of MGFIAGH is somewhat immature..) You got sex and violence in Girl K (or Killer K). But that's gotta be the of the most immature dramas out there. Which is why it's so awesome.

Time Between Dog And Wolf (by far the best drama i have seen yet) Iljimae Prosecutor Princess Full House ( i started but i just couldn't get into it) I currently have on my computer still the Princess man and my princes. I am so excited to see Princess man! the reviews have been great and after Park Shi Hoo's role in Iljame i have nothing but excitement. I think i am going to get Midas and Warrior Baek Dong Soo. Still have a good few hours to get through before i make my way to them though! I also have Dae Jang Geum but for some reason i just have not gotten round to watching it yet. edit 1 - mod edit: please don't put these links in your posts a great place to download kdrama, a lot have english subs and are hd. i am currently out of invites but when i get some more i will invite some people from tl.

@sung_moon: I'm still catching up on old shows but (History of a) Salaryman is supposed to be awesome. It just started airing and subtitles should be available soon.

+ Show Spoiler + Mostly becuase it was just so out of place. "Hey how can we resolve the main love triangle we've built up for over 100 episdoes? I know, lets just have two of them die in a carcrash out of the blue!" -.-;;

frankly, i'm sick of it -,.- its just cliche, unoriginal "shock" ending.

Example: My Name is Kim Sam-Soon, which is one of the most successful and highly praised rom-coms to ever air on Korean TV, with viewership ratings so high that at some point literally half the country's households were tuning in -- it has a joke where the male lead is on the toilet after taking a dump and he has no toilet paper. (He ends up using his... socks to wipe). I'm not sure why Korean comedy loves toilet humor so much, but it very surprisingly even crops up in otherwise quite intelligent and unique comedies.

I generally like series that aren't purely romance -- that is, dramas that have a historical context or another theme that runs deeply throught the storyline that isn't plot related (the ambiance of working/running a hotel, being a chef, etc.) Will try out My Girlfriend is a Gumiho[fOu] though this week..
