How does he not recognize the guild he murked on an island 8 years or so ago? He literally said he wouldn't speak to insects and here he is having a casual, albeit hostile, conversation with them. Or is he just having fun before he inevitably kills everyone. probably the last bit of it we dont know why he went to Tenrou island, but once there he simply decided to kill everyone, it was just on a whim, and remember i dont think HE ever actually made the insect metaphor but now hes strolling around in human form with an actual goal, he came to check out a dragon and then ended up engaged in conversation with people nearby, to take the insect metaphor one step farther its like when you see a bug on the ground and end up watching it for a bit out of curiosity before stepping on it | ||

I remember Wendy trying to communicate with him but he wouldn't communicate back. | ||

What I was hinting at is that + Show Spoiler + I find highly probable that Anna is in fact Lucy going back in time for some plot reasons and staying there to look after the young Dragon Slayers. And that it may be a reveal further down the road. She mentions that she's the one teaching them to read, and Lucy writes a lot and keeps a detailed diary if I'm not mistaken. Nothing solid to be based upon, tho. Just by the looks and personality traits. Also there's this whole timetravel mumbo-jumbo.- | ||
