Maybe this timeskip is exactly what the manga needed since it was getting repetitive. Anyway I have high hopes for the next few chapters =) | ||

My response to the girl: Acnologia came to the island to find this girl and she has a correspondance with the dragon (obviously) However, we see that she claps her hands together, thats when Acnologia flew up in the air and used his dragon breathe, perhaps a command...? | ||

I'm pretty sure everyone from the original Fairy Tail is still alive and probably in another dimension like "Mist Gun" is right now and the new kid is Natsu v.2. | ||

I think that the mysterious girl is the opposite of Zeref, i.e. she has the power of light/life and she saves Fairy Tail. No idea about what Zeref himself does for 7 years, or who the little kid is. | ||

This chapter is so surprising yet so good. (yes, it is imo) Also, the little boy is probably the dude's son, who asked Natsu to find his dad in the beginning of the series. | ||

I seriously hope I'm wrong haha but this is big time skip and everyone will be 25++ year old in a shounen series. That seems kinda wrong/weird for a shouen isnt it ? | ||

yeah, pretty much looks like the "next generation" I can't imagine that all of fairy tail just "died", seems like a classic timejump to get the characters some levels ahead. I'm hyped to see lucy 2.0 kick some ass... As for the girl: my first thought was that she's a dragon "avatar" or something, but since we haven't seen anything similar in Fairy Tail I think she's either another Dragon slayer or something of a counterpart/companion to zeref. Especially since Zeref doesn't seem to be the "evil black mage" kind of a guy it reminds me of Gurren Lagann or stories like that where the "evil boss" isn't what you expect of him | ||
