They switch players during the allotted time they can switch players. They've played by the rules Valve has given them. That's just to QUALIFY for a direct invite. Thats just fucking dumb to assume valve would think like that.

You are a bit behind, mate.

He mentioned synergy, didn't hear him say ego. Slacks asked him if it was hard to keep the big egos in check
And his answer was that it was harder to find the synergy than he expected, he didn't say "yes, it's hard to keep the egos in check."
That could still mean that the egos are bigger than he'd like but the answer he gave does not necessarily equate to that.

It might annoy you, but that's how they're going to do it. Having a "stable" roster is forced by Valve now. Secret's roster is just as stable as anyone else. They won a major, they're getting an invite.

Not rules for TI invites, just that they introduced roster locks and allow teams to swap out 2 players during set periods to keep their previous achievements. Of course there's not many examples to go by to see how far back they'll consider. In the end the invites like said in their blog posts are not just after a set formula.

Maybe if random people on the internet say "Secret will not be invited to TI" enough times, it will actually come true
|
who's drafting ? why is the overlay not showing who's drafting
why do they keep blocking that info it's like basic
|
It's the perfect setup for 8 invites, 8 qualified teams imo, that would be great.

That's cool. But they've abided by all rules up till this point. The Major system is made to feed into TI. If you don't think at the very least the WINNER of each major is getting a direct invite to TI (Provided they don't change now post lock) I don't know that you can be reasoned with.
