And you definitely regen mana while using ult, its just that your ult out-spends your regen pretty hard in most situations. PS having a regen rune might allow you to fly around the map for the duration of the rune when combined with all the other shit, but that rune is less mana per second than one would like. Alternately cheat yourself a refresher and a 99-stack of cheese and go ham lol. You can use those items in ulti. | ||

Level 25 with 1 point in ult got me from well to mid. Void stones was no different. Same again for sheepstick, orchid, linkens and a 81 charge bloodstone. Your passive regen from Int and items definitely stops during ult. | ||
