LOL anyone remember the pre-remake drow days when her ultimate was a % chance to auto-kill a creep? 5 hyperstone tread pushes were hilarious. Quite ineffective because in those days if you did that sort of build you had 0 damage output on heroes whatsoever, but still hilarious.

Not many more out there though. Except you still have to hit the enter button anyway.

After heart+radiance, Manta/Diffusal/Butter/Skadi are all legitimate options depending on what issues you are having etc. All things considered though, diffusal might be at the bottom of that list unless you somehow find yourself solo-killing enemy heroes with some regularity.

Diffusal is hardly at the bottom of the list seeing as it allows you to bypass Ghost Scepter, which has extraordinary usefulness lategame.

With a radiance though Sceptre isn't necessarily the end of the world (though still annoying). I think purge (from diffusal at least) was made not to instakill the golems in one of the recent patces, can someone confirm? EDIT: TheYango delivers ![]()

No, that change was for Shadow Demon's ultimate, which incorrectly insta-killed summoned units. Diffusal insta-killing summoned units is the correct behavior.

Yep. And that is why diffusal is almost always a great investment against a warlock. Not only because it weakens him, but because it nets you your gold back in the end.

Which positions, and what to build in any of them ? I tried him both as a support and an offlane, and clearly don't play with the same build and skill order, but any general or specific advice ?

for items you can go pretty much any boots, depending on what your team needs. drums is excellent on him and then depending on your role and farm, you can opt to get items like halberd, pipe, mek etc. bottom line is hes really versatile so just get whatever you think feels right at the time. theres pretty much nothing that isnt good on him

Question for both radiant/dire. Obviously it's better for radiant but if it's still worth doing on the dire side ~
