Eh, if half the things Funn1k said in that interview are true, his reaction isn't even really extreme.
He said the tournament organization was shit and it felt like organizers have no idea about running a big tournament; there were many small things that weren't taken care of properly, like teams weren't allowed to use Skype but there were no alternative VOIP programs setup, when asked about that organizers just said, well people didn't use Skype during TI and that's it. Also saying while playing in hotels, it was pretty uncomfortable due to shitty chairs and hotel tables, and computer settings kept resetting between games.
He also did complain about the tournament format quite a bit, the BO1's in losers bracket in particular, but also said something like, 'even though tournament format was stupid, it's our own fault we lost' so it's not like he's just blaming everything on the format.
And like, considering all the lag, scheduling issues as well as the whole thing with casters being audible and some Chinese players not even wearing the soundproofers properly... it does seem like the tournament organization was pretty bad.

He also said "I am sure if it were BO3 we would have rolled them in two 20-minute games". I don't know, I just don't like his attitude. They played bad and they lost, it wasn't just random crit luck or anything like that, they (and he in particular) just played like shit. If they were so confident that they were the better team, they should have played safe and minimised the chance of making mistakes rather than losing to an outsider and going "well what do you expect, bo1 is a coin toss". How come Secret were able to win 15 coin tosses in a row then?

They won 15 coin tosses in a row then barely avoided elimination off the back of C9 not buying tp scrolls in BO3. His point was not that they lost because of the format, but that BO1 and BO3 are entirely different beasts and BO1's are often not indicative of what results would go like in longer series.
He does sound a bit whiny in the interview, but then again it's kinda not surprising after something like that, especially in a tournament that had a pretty long list of random shit not done very well.

Yea, in fact, if Secret vs C9 was a BO1, Secret would be out of the tournament, and in a disastrous performance.

Well this is all the confirmation I needed. Here's what's happening:
Black is going to Na'Vi where he will take over safelane carry. XBOCT is moving to mid. Dendi is going to Tinker, where he will offlane for them while SingSing mids, Jerax carries, and Bulldog and Qojqva play position 4 and 5, respectively.
