Pos5 LeBron, Pos4 General, Pos3 Dendi, Pos2 LIL, Pos1 Crystalize could work? And force LeBron to captain or remove him, unfair but this is how it is. Problem they will find no captain if the managment will only stand behind Dendi and his decisions. They nearly made it with rodjer and sonneiko, but fucked up with diva Dendi again.
€dit: LIL Pos1 is also fine, i am impressed and suprised they adapted that fast?

Ok, they are just trying stuff, probably a change is coming
there's no reason for this draft lol
|
i kinda love that psm is raping navi lmao, there's some poetry there
|
What the hell is happening. Why these pics.
|
If i have to take a guess
meme draft before changes, otherwise i dont know, even if they are trying stuff they just would not work
|
Well, this costed them the qual to a major. It's just plain stupid.
|
Agree, but that's my what i think because even with lil/lebron they were drafting decently well, these last 2 drafts were downright awful, too big of a change in no time

As much as I love Dendi, if Navi are gonna do some rebuilding, I hope they build around Crystalize since he obviously is the best player on Navi right now.
|
I don't think Na`Vi's ever going to get rid of Dendi, he makes them way too much money (at least, that's what I thought for a while, but I don't even know now)
|
he probably still does, even bad publicity is good publicity

People talk about Dendi pos5 but I don't think they realize that last hitting is like the one mechanical thing Dendi is really great at, and the flaws come from non-mechanical senses that a support needs.
Dendi should follow S4 and Sumail's lead and go offlane, really. Guys who have really good fundamental mechanics seem to thrive over there once they get used to the adjustment. People like Dendi and Iceiceice who were top tier at mid when it was a roaming playmaker role seem to eventually drift to offlane because of it's heavy focus on space creation and harassment.

I kind of agree, at least with your statement that Crystalize is their best player, however I think its better to model teams around the captain, provided he is a good one. Carriers dont like to change their play style which could pigeonhole teams into playing a certain style, those should be captains and/or capable players who can quickly devise or adapt new strategies. So in that sense, if NaVi gets a new capable captain, the team should be built around that person. I think any captain would love to have someone like Crystalize, he has a bright future, but the remaining 3 players of NaVi ... not so much. Perhaps General still has some juice left in him, but not sure about the other 2.

General is still good, but he lacks that extra aggressive support.

Why are people asking dendi to leave when clearly its the supports/leadership that is the problem. The 3 cores are OK the moment navi fixes the issue. Of course if dendi/general are in the way of a good captain joining or he insists to lead then OK they should go. Otherwise stop making dendi the scapegoat of navi issues.

I think it's a fair question to ask what Dendi is bringing to the table, considering he's been the sole constant in the last 4 years. Even if he's not the problem, he hasn't been the solution either.

They lost their po4 and their captain and now the cores are bad?

I'd say their GESC games against Fnatic were about on par with the wins they strung together late last year, but as per every season more and more teams start stepping it up the closer TI comes.

But isnt this the problem the last years?

The problem with Dendi is that no good player or captain wants to join the team because of him. Russian casters and esports figures have been talking about this for a long time. Even NaVi's CEO commented on it: "There is really no trust in Dendi, not only from fans but from players as well. We don’t know what to do in this situation right now.”
Duck- has every right to defend Dendi, I understand that, but consider this: NaVi models all their teams around him, he is basically their center piece, so why is he surprised that many are saying that, maybe just maybe, Dendi is the problem? For the record, I dont see him as the sole problem, but I do think he is part of the problem. Its a normal reaction by fans of the team rather than one of their players. Yes Dendi was a beast one time, he got praised for his skill, heck he was even deified by many people. If people accept praise when they are good then by the same principle they should accept being criticized when their skill falls off. No one should be above scrutiny, not even Dendi.
