He messed up hard game 1 but it happens, just can't let that drag you down. They still played really well overall, especially when how they looked before Artstyle came back. This loss has to sting but hopefully just more motivation.
I think they will do well at Starladder and should qualify for the Spring Major if they keep improving like they have.

Empire didn't seem strong at all, just at the same level but they used twice a fairly stupid hero imo, and NaVi let them use it twice so it is their fault.
As ArtStyle stated, right now in this game, even if we feel some teams are way above the rest, anyone can beat anyone, maybe not in a bo5 but in a bo3 for sure.
NaVi lost this group stages on their own, they let TSpirit outdraft them badly and then let DP twice through being the first game a pain in the ass without Tusk on top of that.
They improved their lategame a lot, which was imho their weakest point at TI5, if they stick together we can hope for some LANs in the future.

In the upcoming SL13 and Dota Pit Quals I hope for NaVi to win in a more clear fashion more often. It would be nice to mix the 60+ minutes wins with some 15k lead into 25 - 35 mins wins.

Edit: Well, NaVi has to win the next to matches and Fnatic must lose against Alliance, with that they are still in the tournament. TSpirit is an achievable win, LGD I don't think so.
A big missed opportunity for Navi, really needed that win vs fnatic. But they are still alive, they need to go 2-0 tomorrow, Spirit doable, LGD is gonna be tough, but for better or worse, and I don't like best of 1's, anything can happen for a best of 1.
So let's go Navi, go 2-0 tomorrow, and you have a good chance of advancing, just need to make sure any other team that goes 3-2 you have a head to head tie break over. So Fnatic needs to be 2-3, and as long as you win, nobody else should matter.
The problem is that they go against LGD first, i was expecting LGD fighting navi with a 4-0 so they were more "relaxed" ;_; i can see navi beating TS tho
and if LGD and EG win all their remaining games i can see 2-3 being a possible outcome for a 3rd spot (or its impossible for it to happen ?)

As much as I hate to say this as a Na'Vi fan, seems like it's really time for them to start with a clean slate. They have all the pressure of being an ex-champion team, but no ability to cope with it due to what's now been like 2 years of falling short. Artstyle and Dendi both said this in interviews; they make plans and calls, but too often have hesitation and lack of confidence to execute stuff, and I think the reason they have that hesitation isn't because of lack of synergy or lack of trust in the captain or whatever, but rather lack of trust in themselves and fear of messing up.
They need to stop overthinking things and just play the game freely without worrying about losing or winning, but it just feels like their older members can't manage to do it, and end up putting the same mindset into whatever new pickups they get now.
Yep, losing to Fnatic came back to bite them, oh well, didn't look awful compared to a lot of the best teams, room for improvement. Just gotta keep working harder.
yeah, out of all the games, the fnatic game was the only really dissapointing to be fair
alliance also had some kind of luck in their last 2 games because LGD was already locked in 1st place whatever they win or lose that game, and well EG went full derp with that draft (that almost works out)
