Navi withdraws from captain draft 3.0 and will no longer play in online tournaments without a LAN final. x3m4eg is the event manager for dota2RuHub. I guess this is the result of the team owner union from last year. On the bright side, Dendi will have a lot of time to stream.

I don't think they should be picky right now especially as their roster isn't even fully set. Ax.mo, as good as he was, seems to not have the mental fortitude and professional demeanor that separates good from great players (or have insane skill like some players who can complain and get courted by top teams aka arteezy). He was good, and we were very excited for him to get his first LAN experience, but he proved to us all ever so clearly that he didn't benefit from the LAN. Rather he dug a grave and jumped right into it.
I think so too, they need to play every little game they are able to, but here is some explanation:

WHAT IS HAPPENING
It makes sense, but couldn't come at a worse time - Na'vi Dota2 are not a top team anymore, are incomplete too and need to play any pro games they can get their hands on

Dendi will want to shoot himself come TI6.
Where'd you learn this? I know nothing about him
He's played a few games and impressed me decently.
In terms of his attitude, it's just a rumour I've heard in a couple places. Might be nonsense, of course - but by all account, almost everyone on Na'Vi right now is "difficult".
If you think about the moment in game 2, at the Ancients ... I think that was just scouting and then General got a little cocky and wanted to put Sven on top of the hill! If Sven didn't have backup maybe that had worked out! But in the end, he got away, so no big deal!
Being it the first series of the guys against a Vega with one standin, I feel they did good enough.
For what is to come we can expect a lot of different performances given that GeneRaL is a mid put on offlane to let Dendi stay mid, even if Dendi was to play offlane, I guess it would end up the same as both are mids who don't play offlane and have to adapt to new heroes and new playstyles.
I don't know if GeneRaL plays TA, Puck or Magnus as good as Dendi does (I want to believe yes but I have never watched this guy so I know nothing at all), but it would be imho great for both players if they shared mid given what heroes fit the draft better and which one of them plays it better. They would both grow as players.
Also, seems like Sonn drafted both games against Vega. If anyone has more info about it, please share.

"This one is difficult to work with, that one has complicated personality". I'm struggling to understand what motivates people to behave like douchebag dicks when they play competitive Dota with five-six digit prize pools.

You're talking about a bunch of young men who started playing video games so much that they got good enough to do it for a living. Is there any reason to expect them to be well-adjusted, easy-to-handle individuals?
They're not trying to be difficult, I'd reason. Rather, it's because they're natively difficult that they put so much into playing games online. Add on the fact that highly talented individuals tend to be difficult by nature, and it makes sense that the flexible ones are the exception, not the rule.

30 year old football players with years of professional coaching and grooming by media folks and psychologists still often end up being completely psychotic, why can't video game nerds be the same :p
I missed game one but game two was an enjoyable one thanks to Dendi's Invoker.
GeneRaL's Void was good and bad at the same time, he casted some really bad chronos but he did good in the end. Hopefully he will perform better next time, good teams doesn't give space for people to play that way and win.
i don't care about the fact that they weren't executing crisply enough to finish it after a 12k lead at 12 minutes. that last fight with general's refresher was amazing. but man PR had some great team fights. I'd hate to lose after so many great ult combos. but they dug themselves into the hole in the first place so I guess they deserved it. Fun CIS dota :D
